Here you have a new link for this excellent 1972 Sufi movie about the Alevi Dervish Pir Sultan Abdal and his struggles against the Osman oppression of his time. This a very rare movie so please help to seed so it doesn't disappear. Hope this gets released on DVD some day.New Link posted August 2010

hi! i really appreciate your work on this blog and your music tastes. inquiring about the sultan abdal movie - do you know where i can get a complete rip of this (either as a mp4 or DVD)? i had the complete movie from the torrent, then my system crashed. and upon recovery, the movie file was gone ;- (
i was able to get the torrent before it disappeared, but it has been frozen at 52% for weeks. any suggestion would be added to my appreciation. thank you.
You can find it on google video. Just look up Pir Sultan Abdal.
